- Dianne (Georgia, USA)

"I really liked being able to personally connect with other teachers, discussing the great sessions and gaining new ideas from their perspectives and experience (and hopefully doing the same for them)."

- Christa (Surrey, UK)

"I loved the balance between all the areas that are important to being a teacher. Loved how we had the opportunity to share our ideas."

- Tara (Ontario, Canada)

Your Host.

Hey, I'm Nicola! I'll be your host for this event. If we haven't met before, I'm a piano teacher in Dublin, Ireland and I run the Vibrant Music Teaching membership and Vivid Practice app.

At my core, I believe music teaching should be fun, for both you and your students. This means we need lots of tools and interactive ideas for our lessons, and fresh inspiration at regular intervals. It also means we need effective business practices so that we're not being weighed down in admin! The Teacher Turboboost is about all this – but it's also about coming together as a community. And you won't find a friendlier, more open or more welcome community than this one.

Special Guests

I'm delighted to have 2 special guests joining us to give sessions at the Teacher Turboboost: Christina Whitlock and Amy Chaplin.

Christina Whitlock, MM, NCTM, fancies herself a friend and philosopher to the piano teaching profession. Connecting primarily with audiences through the Beyond Measure Podcast, she enjoys supporting the piano teaching community in many ways. Check out ChristinaWhitlock.com for more details on her varied offerings.

Amy Chaplin is a piano teacher, speaker, blogger, and podcaster. She loves supporting teachers on all things related to teaching, organization, productivity, and life on the Piano Pantry blog and podcast and through her digital organization coaching series and retreat. Her independent piano studio is located in Bluffton, Indiana.
